Day 98 of 100 Days Agentic Engineer Challenge: How I Generate 100 SaaS MVPs From One Idea (My Exact Framework)

What is the best approach to start earning passively with a SaaS platform? Should we spend a lot of time researching to find a real but unsolved problem, copy an existing solution and offer it at five times lower cost, or build multiple MVP versions of SaaS products, see which one gains traction, and then focus on the best-performing one?

Let’s review my daily task routine, and I’ll show you the framework I use to generate ideas for my bulk MVP SaaS approach.

Daily tasks routine

💪 Physical Activity — I did 2 sets of 50 push-ups, so 100 in total. Not all in one go, unfortunately, but still quite an achievement!

😴 Seven Hours of Sleep — I slept for 7 hours and managed to keep it consistent. Healthy sleep has become a habit for me — even when I want to stay up late coding, my brain just shuts down and puts me to bed. So, mission accomplished.

🤖 AI Agent — I’m working on a real AI Agent. I managed to solve the issue with long-term memory, but I still don’t know how to handle self-learning capabilities. I experimented a lot with n8n, but while it’s great for automation, it’s not a truly autonomous agent. I’m still searching for the best agentic framework. That said, coding agents has now become fully integrated into my workflow, and for me, that’s the most important milestone on the path to becoming an agentic engineer.

100 MVP Ideas Framework

The main task in this approach is to find a single problem to solve — ideally one that already has a proven demand, so we don’t need to spend time validating it.
From there, the next step is to identify all the API services needed for the SaaS. I focus exclusively on usage-based pricing models — no subscriptions — to keep costs predictable and scalable.
