It involves associating the elements you want to remember with specific physical locations. By visualizing a familiar place (like your home), and placing the items to be remembered within that space, you can create a mental journey that significantly enhances recall.

Method 6: Sleep on It

Recent neuroscience research highlights the importance of sleep for memory consolidation. During sleep, our brains replay the information we learned when we were awake, strengthening our memory traces. Therefore, a good night’s sleep after learning can significantly improve memory recall.
